It is with deep admiration and gratitude that I share my heartfelt

community transformation.

Through her inspiring preaching, thoughtful counsel, and inclusive

healing, and purpose to those she serves. Her ability to connect with
people from all walks of life, while always staying grounded in faith and
integrity, sets her apart as a truly exceptional service-oriented leader.
Whether in the pulpit, in the classroom, or out in the community, Dr.

impact. It is a privilege to witness and be part of the powerful work Spirit is
doing through her.

It’s not every day one meets someone like Kris—someone whose presence
immediately makes one feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. From the
very first moment I met her, I knew I was encountering a rare kind of
leader—one who leads not just with their words, but with their whole heart.

Rev. Watson has profoundly impacted my personal and professional growth. Recently, I had the privilege of joining an interactive and thought provoking training program led by Rev Watson called Intersectional Justice. This program has helped me learn specific ways to dismantle the hierarchy of human value and to de-center the self which has transformed me in ways I never could have imagined. Rev Watson’s webinars and training programs have shifted my thinking from a theoretical, distant perspective to a deeply personal experience.”

Beneficent Congregational Church hired Rev Kris to facilitate a congregational meeting and provide training to the lay leaders of the church. Rev. Kris provided outstanding direction, consultation, mediation, guidance, legal and spiritual support to the lay leadership for several months during a trying time at the church. Rev. Kris is knowledgeable about strategic measures that are necessary for lay leaders to prepare and support the congregation for current and future missions that are in alignment with the church.  In addition to providing leaders with extensive training she worked with the Senior Pastor which was instrumental in assisting the church during a time of transition. Rev Kris provided our church with a dynamic sermon that led to the participation of the congregation as she eloquently spoke and taught Christ’s teachings.

Let me begin by saying that I knew Rev. Kris was special the moment I first met and
exchanged words with her. It was as simple as a couple of sentences exchanged between us that would send me on a path of self discovery that has profoundly changed the course

Recently I had the opportunity to spend three days with Kris as she led a small group of
women through a Bible study retreat curated and planned specifically for us. Before attending I knew a retreat thoughtfully planned and designed by Kris would be an experience I would benefit from. Having said that, I was completely unprepared for what I experienced and shared with others over those three days.

What started with a sound bath experience that emotionally grounded me culminated
into a Baptism by Kris that was like nothing I have experienced before. Spiritually she cracked each and every one of us open in ways that were very specific to us individually. To be able to accomplish that task in a group setting is almost always unachievable based on my past experiences in groups such as these. The Holy Spirit moved through each of us during those three days and it was powerful not only to experience but also to witness. In addition, Kris taught us the power of positive energy and how energy healing is such a crucial part of our spiritual journey. I for one can say that she managed to bring healing to me with traumas I was not even aware of within myself before attending her retreat.

Kris may not even be aware of the fact she has been my life coach from our very first
encounter. She has provided me with so many tools and resources that I use regularly to keep my spiritual and emotional well being operating at the highest levels. Finally, I will say that through her non profit Nurturing Justice Kris has reawakened in my soul the need to use my voice and resources for the greater good in this life. Meeting Rev Kris marked a pivotal moment in my life, one that I am so grateful for.

If you are restless in mind, body and or spirit and feel you need to be inspired or
motivated or healed Kris is the person for you. I challenge you to have just one short two
sentence conversation with her. I have no doubt she will transform your life the way she has
transformed mine!
